Production Management Trainer
provides several modules that implements Linear Programming models for Master

Single-stage problem (one factory):
Her a single factory produces several products with period-specific demands. The decision variable are
production
quantities, inventory levels and overtime.
Multi-stage problem (two factories, suppliers):
Here two factories are considered. Factory 1 produces the finished products, while factroy 2 produces
components that
are delivered to factory 2. Production structures like this are found in the semiconductor industry
(backend, frontnend). All
products can alternatively also bought from external suppliers.
